The
star Visaka belongs to Muruga. These will be a festival
for 10 days in Periyanayaki amman koil. There will be a
street procession on various mounts as ivory palanquin;
golden peacock, Karpaga tree, ram. On visaka day there will
be car. Next day there will be ivory palanquin followed
by chapparam ( a sort of car) on the next day.
